The person who handled the phone consultation was so kind that it stayed with me. I went there in a good mood, and the in-person consultation was also handled kindly, so overall the impression was good, but the price ended up being a bit higher than the one I first saw, so I decided to think about the surgery a little more because it was over my budget.
