The information desk and the consultation manager were both very kind. I felt good from the moment I walked in. The hospital facilities were also really nice, and on the surface there was nothing to complain about. The director was in surgery, so I had to wait about 30 minutes for the consultation. After a brief meeting with the consultation manager, I met the director, who seemed confident and told me in advance that my nose is a difficult one, which I appreciated.
