The other directors were all saying not to use silicone and to just keep the height, or just remove it. This was the only director who told me to raise the bridge and tip of the nose. My skin has become severely thin, so I was a bit puzzled that they recommended that. But the consultation was done quite carefully and in detail. Still, it felt like they weren’t looking at the patient’s condition over a long enough horizon.
