I liked that there was no limit on the AS period. The surgery time was also short, and they explained things kindly and well. I liked that they talked specifically about the shape that would be drawn after surgery. The manager was also very kind and answered my questions well. They even showed me an actual sample of donated rib cartilage, which I appreciated.
