I don’t know if the director was tired or just sensitive, but the way they spoke felt sharp. The friend I went with also said it felt like they were angry. Since other people said they were kind, maybe it was just that day? It seems like they aim for a glamorous look. It didn’t suit me, so I only had the consultation. If you like a glamorous style, I recommend it! While I was consulting, I also felt like they made some sarcastic comments, and it made me feel bad. If the patient doesn’t know something, they can just explain it, so why try to create tension..?^_^ The manager and the other staff were all really kind. The facility is clean. Good.
