I had my first surgery 2 years ago. After people around me saw my results, some acquaintances also got consultations and had surgery. The disappointing part is the big incision scar inside my nose, which is a shame. Still, the aesthetic sense was excellent, and I was satisfied living with the result... though over time it seems like it may have dropped a little.
