He was friendly, so the consultation felt comfortable. Surgical plan: raise the tip, lower the columella, and use silicone starting from the eyelash line at 3.5 mm to 4 mm. Because it is a bulbous nose, a bit of fatty tissue will be removed. Since the nose is so round and bulbous, even if he removes as much as possible, it will still look round, not sharp. The plan is to raise the tip as much as possible while lowering it. When I mentioned alar reduction (he talked about raising the nose wings, but...), he said it would not raise the nose and that he could not do it. He said that even if he lowers the columella as much as possible, it would be hard to make me satisfied. It would be a nose that people around me would hardly notice I had done. Because the skin between the nose and the bridge is thick, if it is raised, the line needs to come out as naturally as possible, which means the tip has to be raised. I did not get the sense that his surgical technique was especially good, and the impression was that he focused more on raising the bridge and tip. The director was friendly and gave a good impression. She answered calmly and step by step while looking at the questionnaire, and marked the answers together with me. Overall, both the doctor and the director seemed to talk a lot and wanted to explain things proactively. The interior was clean and a bit more cozy, which I liked. Conclusion about the consultation: It did not seem like a bad clinic, but I felt the overall aesthetics did not match mine, so I dropped it
