I went there and didn’t have to wait much, and both the manager and the director were kind. But the manager gave unnecessarily excessive consultation. For surgery-related things, it should be handled with the director, but the manager talked way too much. And they went in assuming I’d come back a second time for a revision surgery for another procedure. Starting from the premise that I’d do a revision surgery is really not great. It was a personal clinic I had been a bit excited about, but it was disappointing..
