It's a one-doctor clinic, so of course the process was: first consult with the manager, then consult with the doctor, then consult with the manager again. Even though they seemed busy, they didn't seem tired, and it felt like they were trying to listen as much as possible. If your own requirements are clear, I think this place could create good synergy.
