The previous surgery ran long, so my appointment time was pushed back by about an hour. My trust in them dropped a little because of that, but the consultation staff was kind so I didn’t feel bad. The director was also kind, but I felt they didn’t understand the feeling I wanted, so I don’t plan to have surgery here.
