I had lower canthoplasty three years ago. It was a single-doctor clinic, so I felt I could trust it, and the director was very confident, so I had the surgery right away. Incision 1 point (I can't remember the term...)? People who have had lower canthoplasty will know, but if it is overcorrected, it looks obvious like it's pinched.. They strongly recommended 2 points, saying it would look more gradual and softer, but I just went with 1 point. The conclusion is total satisfaction. It is still holding up well.
