The doctor was gentle, explained things well, gave good opinions, and the consultation was comfortable. Even though I had a reservation, the waiting time was long and tiring, but the staff were also kind. The surgery schedule was the tightest of any hospital I’ve been to. They must do a lot of surgeries. They gave opinions like “this is okay” or “this is not okay,” and “it would be good to do it about this much,” so it was a consultation that really helped me make up my mind.
