All the staff were kind. It's a one-doctor clinic, so I was often told there might be a wait, but the actual wait time was similar to other clinics. If I had a photo of the kind of eyes I wanted, they asked me to show it, and they also took photos of my eyes for the consultation. They explained well what surgery I would need to get eyes like the ones I wanted, and also explained additional procedures that might be good to do. The doctor seems to prefer clear, bright eyes? There is a discount if you book on the same day, but it didn't feel like they were forcing it.
