Seems like they do a flashy outer corner and lower corner canthoplasty. It definitely opens things up, but if you're aiming for something natural, I don't think it would suit you. It was just okay overall, but the price being way too high and the surgery taking a long time were sticking points. I'm not exact, but I think they quoted 4.2 million for a revision outer-corner canthoplasty and a first-time lower-corner canthoplasty together, and after discounts (for reviews etc.) it was 3.5 million... It was too expensive so I couldn't do it
