I was about 30 minutes late to the consultation, but I didn’t wait long before being seen. I had meetings in the order of manager - doctor - manager. During my first meeting with the manager, they took three photos of the eyes I wanted, my eyes closed, and my eyes open, and wrote them into the chart. It also seemed smart and nice that they kept the chart on a tablet. The doctor was kind too and explained things in detail and carefully, which I liked! Among the clinics I’ve tried shopping around at, this was one where both the manager and the doctor were among the kindest. The deposit wasn’t exactly forced, but they did tell me that if I didn’t reserve, the price would go up. What stood out to me most was that they said I could see the doctor directly at the 3- and 6-month follow-ups. I’m thinking about whether to do it here.
