It's a big hospital, so there were a lot of people, but I knew that going in so I waited. I waited, but the director acted as if it was only natural, which would have felt bad, but she spoke while looking very concerned and almost apologized on my behalf, so I didn't feel bad. The staff and the director were all very kind during the consultation. I liked that they kept finding and adjusting different eyelid lines for me without me having to ask separately. Prices have gone up a lot overall these days, but compared to other clinics, it seems reasonable.
