The director had just come out of surgery, so he looked a little tired, but he wasn't rude and answered my questions sincerely. I liked that he honestly separated the parts that would improve and the parts I shouldn't expect improvement from. In other words, he didn't seem like the type to push surgery just for sales. The consultation assistant said she had gotten forehead lifting, and she looked natural, with good skin and pretty features.
