The doctor is kind. Since it's a large hospital, I felt the pros and cons would coexist. There were many patients and many foreign patients too, and there were many doctors as well. I went without a reservation, so I consulted with whoever was available that day. If you make a reservation in advance, it seems like it would be fine.
