I had nose surgery at Dream a while ago. They used ear cartilage and silicone to raise the bridge of my nose. In the end, the surgery itself went fine without any problems, but I was dissatisfied with the shape, so I had revision surgery. I found a hospital specialized in noses and had it done elsewhere. Large hospitals like Dream have good facilities and good care, but judged by the result alone, it leaves something to be desired..
