It felt like neither very kind nor very unfriendly. The manager also seemed quite professional. After talking with the doctor, I then talked with the manager, and the manager kept adjusting the line for me. They recommended epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction + buried sutures. Outer canthoplasty was optional. It was lower than the line I wanted, but I liked that it looked natural, and they showed me before-and-after photos, which I appreciated. But the doctor I consulted with said he doesn’t do epicanthoplasty, so if I go ahead, he said he would work together with another doctor.
