I started off saying my eyes are fine right now, so the director seemed to realize I didn't plan to get double eyelid surgery and gave me a rather perfunctory consultation. Still, I liked how honest they were. They asked why I was trying to have surgery now when my eyes were already fine, and said to come back when the line is set, which actually made me trust them more. I saw a female doctor, and she clearly defined what could and couldn't be done, and was just... very concise.
