I've had several consultations up to now, but the consultation manager here was extremely rude, and not only the manager but all the other staff were also so unprofessional that it made me wonder how they even handle their work and whether they can really be considered service workers. Is it because it's a large hospital and there are so many patients? The director consulted with me using professional knowledge, so I did feel some trust, but the consultation was far too short, and his annoyed attitude was obvious. I was left wondering if this was really what I paid a consultation fee for :)
