I won't mention the consultation manager's name at 1 Percent, but I'm really so disappointed. When I first visited, they said that if something came up they'd send me home again and book me for a time I wanted, and that they'd take good care of aftercare and discounts. But the text message the day before my consultation appointment was different from the time I had mentioned? So I asked about it, and apparently because I said I wanted to go as early as possible, they moved my appointment 30 minutes earlier without my consent... I came at my scheduled time, but in the end I waited more than an hour before getting my consultation with the director. ^^ The director's consultation was so good that I almost felt ready to go through with it, but when I had one more consultation with the manager after that, I saw the way they kept changing their words after promising all kinds of good things, like no discount because it's the chief director, no additional aftercare or anything, and I just gave up ^^
