Honestly, it wasn’t good. My trust dropped because of the director. Of course I know everyone feels their own hospital is the best, but openly belittling other hospitals as if they were being over-the-top, excessively praising their own place by saying there’s nowhere that does as well as here, and putting other hospitals down was... honestly, saying things like that feels even more negative. Would truly good hospitals do that? They asked which hospital I went to, and when I told them, they kept saying people get botched at other hospitals and then come here for revision surgery, even mentioning hospital names. Honestly, it felt like a tactic to get me to leave a deposit no matter what, and it felt fake, so my trust dropped a lot. I’ve spent a lot of time researching contouring hospitals, and for example, there are quite a few places that don’t use drainage tubes, but they said everyone except them would use drainage tubes and only their hospital doesn’t. They really should have looked into it before talking. It was so uncomfortable that they were putting down other hospitals like that without really knowing them, just to make their own hospital look better. They really didn’t need to say those things. The hospital facilities were good. The doctor was neither especially kind nor rude. He seemed very proud and a bit stubborn, and honestly the price is way too high. They said they wouldn’t show the CCTV footage, but there’s no reason not to show it, so that bothered me a bit. For things like skin removal, other hospitals let you do it during the 3-part procedure without extra cost, but here everything is an extra charge, and even the way they say it will be free at the end felt a bit lol. Their words kept changing, the costs kept changing, and there was some pressure like surgery would be difficult if I didn’t reserve now. I just don’t trust them before surgery even starts, so I’m passing.
