I went for a cheekbone consultation and the wait was extremely long. I'm not sure if the manager was particularly kind or not; they were just so-so. The director said it seemed like it would be effective. But when I asked about cheek sagging, they answered kindly because I was a patient, but it felt like they were maybe bored because they talk about cheek sagging with patients all the time? The content was basically that if the cheeks aren't sagging and you're worried, you should make your own decision. But somehow I think they would do the surgery well.
