I couldn't even get a consultation, and I never even got to see the director. I had made a reservation in advance, but on the day of the consultation they suddenly said the surgery would run long and asked if I could come a bit later than my reserved time. I said okay and went, but even then I waited more than 30 minutes, maybe almost 40 minutes. While I was waiting, the manager came and said the surgery would take longer than expected and I would need to wait about another hour. I said I couldn't wait that long because I had another consultation booked, and they said couldn't I come again another day, couldn't I come back tomorrow, or something like that. I was so dumbfounded I had nothing to say.. I was so pissed off and annoyed, but what was even more absurd was that they asked if I could move or delay my next appointment at another clinic. Ah, this isn't the place for me ^^ I left. I had booked here because the other clinic's time seemed like it would overlap awkwardly with the appointment time here, so I canceled that booking and came here instead. I really regret it. I never even saw the director's face, just wasted time and ruined my mood. The reason they gave for the surgery running long honestly didn't make sense to me either, seriously ㅋㅋㅋ
