I had a consultation with the main director. I went because the reputation was so great, and seeing how he pinpointed my complex made me think he really has skill and the surgery will probably go well. However, since he is the main director, the discount didn't apply, so it was extremely expensive, and he stood up after a 3-minute consultation, told me to talk to the manager, and I came out without being able to ask the questions I had written down. He seems very busy.
