It wasn't the main director, but the consultation itself was fine. The manager wasn't that kind. She talked too fast and kept trying to get me to leave a deposit. The downside is that you can only view the CCTV if a problem occurs. I think a lot of people avoid them because of this issue. I think the doctor would do the surgery well, but looking at the manager's attitude, I'm not sure whether they would take good care of me afterward.
