When I said I would be treated by Director Lee Tae-seong, the estimate jumped a lot, so it was quite different from the promotional price. I felt the consultant had a very strong pride in the clinic. But instead of showing evidence for why, they just kept saying it was obvious and that our clinic is safe, which didn't feel trustworthy. For example, even when I said I was worried about keloids, they just brushed it off. They didn't talk about how to handle it or share previous cases. If the closure is done badly, it can turn into a scar.. Ah, they did say that if the scar is severe, they would treat it with some kind of laser. The director seemed honest and straightforward, but I found it a bit unexpected that he didn't recommend or suggest things first. It felt like, are they just doing whatever the patient wants? Like, "Do you want to have this done? Yes, go ahead." That kind of feeling... It was a little disappointing that he didn't explain things like what would be better for the patient's face shape or how the proportions would look.
