They don't do any separate advertising or anything like that, and I went because the reviews on a cafe-like site were good so I trusted them... It's been 4 months, but there really isn't any effect at all ㅠㅠ I had liposuction on my cheeks and jawline, but no one around me has ever said I look different, and a friend I told about the surgery asked when the effect is supposed to show up... I really regret not doing it somewhere else ㅠㅠ
