I went for a consultation because I wanted facial fat reduction~ The doctor checked with ultrasound, and said I didn't need it, and that it would probably be enough to just remove the buccal fat and manage it with things like radiofrequency lifting~ I was worried about the buccal fat because I was concerned it might cause sagging cheeks, so I didn't go ahead with surgery, but it seems like they don't do overtreatment^^
