I got a result I was very satisfied with, and I think the cost was reasonable too. It may not be a hugely important point, but the facility was a bit disappointing. <Facility complaint> First of all, on the day of surgery I was lying on the operating table, and suddenly the power went out before anesthesia, so I was extremely startled. There were two male nurses, and they were almost Pat and Mat level stupid, which made me anxious... The surgery ended safely, but during aftercare the male nurse couldn't handle the high-frequency laser machine at all, so when I complained they added one more aftercare session, and another consultant eventually took care of the high-frequency treatment properly, so I felt a bit better.
