When I had a consultation for nose surgery, they took a CT scan of my nose. They looked at the overall shape well, and when I said I wanted to do the nose surgery without implants, they said I had found the right surgery method for me, and asked how I wanted to handle the dorsal hump. I really liked that there was no forcing or pressure about the style of nose surgery. My nose hardly swelled at all, so everyone around me was surprised.
