I had the CT scan files with me, and when I said I had already had the scan at another hospital and didn't want to be scanned again, the person guiding me clearly looked displeased. The doctor's consultation was logical, but if you keep in mind that this is a hospital that mainly performs septal surgery, it can save you time. I also asked for case examples of surgical results, but they said they couldn't show more than one, which made it impossible to estimate an average expectation, and that was another disappointment. I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff member guiding me until I left. Because of the specialty, patients are really more like customers than patients. It's not easy to see someone show such obvious displeasure toward a customer, so it was a very upsetting experience. I couldn't enter anything below 10,000 won, so I wrote 10,000 won.
