I went for a consultation because of my nose, but ended up also getting a consultation for facial contouring injections. At first I went for the nose, so they didn't take an ultrasound or anything like that, but when I asked whether it might be worth trying it together, they gave me a quote for both. I think they're pretty realistic and don't push anything too hard. They seem to do noses almost exactly how you want them. They seem to use very little implant material. They listen well.
