When I was consulting, they said it would become a smooth line with no parts sticking out, but right after surgery I had lost some flesh, but maybe because of the swelling it wasn’t that smooth. Even now, a few months later, I still have a little flesh there. I’m not sure whether they removed less of the buccal fat or whether it’s just fat, but it seems like they don’t do anything too aggressively.
