I got a CT scan and went straight to consult with the director. As soon as he saw me, he knew I had come because of my hump nose. My hump wasn't mild, so he said osteotomy was necessary. He said he would do osteotomy, then support the nasal bridge with septal cartilage, and also do a nasal valve surgery? I asked if there was any way to go without osteotomy, but he said it was possible, though then the nose tip would need to be raised more, which could make the nose too high (which, in a way, makes sense). He seems to dislike an obvious nose, and without me even saying it, he already seemed to understand my point that I wanted improvement from my original nose shape, not a celebrity nose, so his aesthetic sense matched mine well. But he kept saying not to think about the surgical process and to only look at the goal. Of course, the reason you trust a doctor completely when getting cosmetic surgery is to fix the parts you dislike externally, but I'm safety-first by nature.. I'll think about it a bit more. And he said there was surgery after my consultation, and both the manager and the doctor seemed a little busy. The estimate was 4 million won, including osteotomy.
