I consulted with the head director, but the consultation ended much earlier than I expected, so I was like, huh?? It felt like it was about 3 minutes, and the director looked a bit tired, but spoke confidently about the surgery. There were quite a few people at the hospital, and the manager was kind too and explained all sorts of things without me even having to ask.
