I went for a consultation about nose surgery without an implant. They said they would do a straight nose line, and that they would correct a bulbous nose, shave down the hump, and make the nose longer. They said they would check the septum on a CT scan, and if it was insufficient, they would also use donated rib cartilage. It ended quickly because I didn’t really have much to ask, but the doctor was very kind! We also had a bit of small talk. I decided to have surgery somewhere else, but the consultation itself was fine, so I’d recommend going for a consultation.
