The director and the manager were both kind. It seemed like the manager first checked my basic needs and then relayed them to the director. They didn't do a CT scan, so I need to check whether that has to be requested separately. Anyway, I met the manager first, then the director, and had an in-depth consultation. I really liked how they explained in detail what the procedure would be like. It was a really nice clinic, full of kindness from entry to exit, so I felt good.
