The hospital facilities are good and there are many customers. At reception I filled out detailed information such as the area I wanted, previous surgeries, and so on, but during the manager consultation they asked me all of that again verbally, which was annoying. They were kind. During the manager consultation, they clearly told me that there could be improvement, but that whether both procedures could be done at the same time would have to be decided by the doctor, which I liked. During the consultation with the director (Director Jeong Jae-eun), I felt uncomfortable because she was wearing a teal or purple cap and gown, as if she had just come out of surgery or was about to go back in. ... I wondered if she was going to consult with me in that outfit and then go back into surgery again ㅜㅋ She explained things according to my eyes and did not make unrealistic promises or raise expectations too much. But she spoke very casually and briefly, and left without even asking if I had any more questions (she said both procedures are possible at the same time, recovery differs from person to person, and neither can be improved perfectly, then left). The quoted price was the combined cost of lower eyelid fat repositioning and the outer and lower canthoplasty, with the condition that I agree to post-op photos being uploaded to a cosmetic surgery app and the hospital website (they said the price could go up after summer).
