The director was friendly and kind. They also analyzed my first surgery well. It was a little burdensome that they recommended autologous costal cartilage, but I did gain trust when they spoke with certainty that I had to finish it all at once. The surgery time being quite long is a bit of a concern... but aside from that, it was one of the clinics that really appealed to me.
