They seemed very confident, and hearing that they could do pretty much any surgical method related to the nose only made me more suspicious personally. I am not the type to trust people easily, and I tend to prioritize safety too much, so it probably also came from having only been to clinics with a cautious attitude. If you are looking for a director who is firm and confident, go ahead and have a consultation.
