I came in for a consultation because I thought I would be stressed out even more by scars if I had autologous rib cartilage or autologous dermis, so I was looking for a place that uses donor dermis and donor rib cartilage. After nostril reduction at another hospital, the asymmetry became too severe, so I wanted to have alar rim elevation, and I consulted at several places. Here they said it was slightly possible, but there wouldn't be much difference, so I was a little conflicted. They said donor rib cartilage and donor dermis were both possible, and even dermal injections were possible, so I'm thinking of getting another consultation and then having the surgery. They weren't very professional or very kind. The consultation was short and the waiting time was extremely long, with me waiting over 15 minutes in between again and again.
