First of all, the hospital is huge. There were tons of people too. Among them, there were a lot of foreigners, and the waiting area felt a little cramped. But the consultation staff were extremely kind. They also shared their own experience and explained everything in detail, and showed before-and-after photos of the hospital. I had a nose surgery consultation with Dr. Son Yu-seok, and he was very calm and spoke quietly. The consultation was good, and he listened first to what I wanted before telling me the direction he recommended, which I liked.
