First of all, even though the director seemed to be having a hard time, he kindly consulted with me. That was a little moving. Anyone could tell he looked exhausted, but he clearly made an effort to smile as much as possible.. And I felt that he was trying to operate as minimally as possible and that he valued safety. The staff were not that kind, but honestly that was not important to me at all, so it didn’t bother me one bit. As long as the director is a good person, that’s enough!
