I first had a consultation with the director and made a reservation, and the director was extremely kind. The consultation manager also explained things very thoroughly, but when I asked about inflammation, she said something like if you are scared of inflammation during surgery, then you should not have surgery, which made me a bit .. I did not trust it, but after meeting the director I gained trust and made the reservation. That part the consultation manager said was a bit troubling, but for now I decided to trust the director and go ahead with the surgery. The director reassured me about the things I was worried about and said it would turn out well .. I would like to have another consultation before the surgery, but the first consultation was okay overall. However, the staff at the front desk felt like they were somehow .. um .. not very interested in the patient ㅠ
