I got a consultation for a nose revision using autologous costal cartilage, including alar reduction. It was a consultation that highlighted the doctor's expertise, and I was also satisfied with the consultation manager, who was kind and never pressured me. Even though this is a revision, the consultation was done by looking only with the naked eye, without a CT scan, so it felt old-fashioned.
