I contacted them because I wanted a revision surgery at 5 months after my first surgery. I clearly heard that consultation was possible at 5 months, so I made a reservation and went, but... After waiting there for a long time and filling out the consultation form, they said that because it had only been 5 months, consultation wasn't possible. If they had told me in advance, I wouldn't have wasted my time... Still, the consultation manager was kind and talked with me well, so my mood ended up being okay!
