During the visit, the consultation manager complained that everyone comes looking for the chief director, and I don't know why she had to say that to me. There wasn't much kindness during the consultation either, and I didn't feel any professionalism. She seemed like someone who doesn't fit service work. I also asked whether there was a discount for surgery, and she sternly told me not to ask things like that. She said this place specializes in revision surgery, so it's different from those low-level places in Gangnam;; The famous private clinics I've been to until now also told me how discounts might be possible, but it seems like the kind of person who really ruins your mood. I was still satisfied with the chief director's consultation. I could feel the professionalism, and she fully understood my needs. But because of the consultation manager, I have absolutely no intention of going ahead.
